I started at Nelnet Renewable Energy with zero knowledge of solar, electrical, or construction. In 4.5 years, I grew from residential installer to commercial foreman and now I’m currently the commercial superintendent and a licensed electrician, managing a team of 40+ individuals and a project portfolio of 39 megawatts.
